Title: Lyme Regis Organ School - Winter Residential Course 2017

The 8th annual LROS Winter Residential Course will be taking place at St. Michael the Archangel Church, Lyme Regis in the presence of the fantastic 50 rank Skrabl organ between the 14th-16th February 2017.

All ages and abilities welcome!

The course will once again be led by the internationally renowned recital organist Philip Scriven with the support of other tutors including Andrew Millington (Exeter Cathedral), Dr. Richard Godfrey and Peter Parshall .

This year, the theme of the workshop will be 'WON'ROUS MACHINE: Exploring the organ and its music through the centuries'.  There will be a free choice of music for this years course with ample time for study in small groups with expert tutors.

The course includes a formal dinner with guest speaker, a visit to Dorchester, Buckland Newton and Sherbourne to play character organs and informative talk and demostrations from some of the most experienced tutors in the UK.

A limited number of Bursaries are available to those in full time education.
