Because the rescued cinema organ it replaces will be returned to the theater where it was first installed...

Wilmington's Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church is getting a new, custom-made organ.

The Peragallo pipe organ is expected to be ready for use during the Easter Sunday mass.

Bishop Francis Malooly will bless the instrument May 20th, and it will be showcased in a concert June 10th, the first day of the annual Italian Festival.

There will also be nightly concerts on the new organ for the duration of the Festival.

The Kimball organ previously used at Saint Anthony's will be returned to the Queen Theater, where it was housed until it was donated to Saint Anthony's in the late 1920's.
