Hi

It does look interesting - although very limited in scope - virtually a modern take on the Scudamore idea - at its most basic 1 rank of Open Diapason pipes.  I guess the builder used electric action rather than tackle the complexities of tracker, which is the norm for this type of organ.  There have been some Portatives with electric action on e-Bay as well.

A good organ for its purpose (assuming its soundly constructed) - an extra rank of pipes would give more flexibility.
