Bach had chimes installed on the organ at St George's Eisenach on the pedals, St Blaise's and at the Court Chapel at Weimar.
When would Bach have played chimes on the pedals and which of his compositions would he have used them?
I bet none of the Cinema Organ fraternity expected a Bach thread in the Cinema organ topic!

Some of the Crhistmas chorale preludes would work well - as would at least one of the New Year preludes in the Orgelbuchlein.

Which begs the question for which it would be impossible to obtain any form of informed answer...
What would Bach, in his time was presented a modern Cinema organ to play have thought about it?

Id assume he would be abit shocked, but delighted at the same time, especially when he got to know the concept behind it all.
