Hi!

Welcome to the forum and thanks greatly for posting news of this event. The installations at Uckfield are extremely adventurous and well worth experiencing, in particular the Wurlitzer which is particularly superb.

Really the Curley instrument is not the original Allen that he had but at the concert at which Carlo blessed it, he certainly made music. I was critical of the electronic installation at Worth Abbey a few weeks ago and, whilst I could be about the Curley instrument in relation to its speakers, it works and works well.

A concert featuring both instruments will be able to encompass the whole gamut of organ repertoire and will be most enjoyable. In particular, however, it's so important to encourage enthusiastic individuals who go out of their way to champion the instrument particularly in unexpected places.

Best wishes

David P
