Post by: dragonser on March 05, 2011, 02:21:10 PM
Hi,
in case anyone want to listen to it there was a program the Organists entertains on bbc radio 2 on last Thursday evening. it was a longer program that usual as they had some additional material from the 40th aniversary program.

you should be able to listen to it for seven days after it was first broadcast.

Hi

And they still haven't done anything about the distortion on the Hammond sound!  I heard (and recorded) this when it was first broadcast.  I was far from impressed by the Hammond - certainly not, IMHO, a good advert for what at the time was their newest instrument.

Every Blessing

Tony
