Organs wanted / Mixture wanted

Church in Kent looking for 2 or 3 rank mixture suitable for Victorian 2 manual organ. It's undergoing refurbishment so an ideal time to get any alterations made without too much extra cost. Current great seriously over endowed with flutes and lacks some heft.
Any ideas/suggestions gratefully received.
