Title: Church of St Mary the Virgin, Builth Wells

Plans are afoot to restore the 1914 Conacher organ at the Church of St Mary the Virgin, in Builth Wells, Powys.  Watch this space!

This sounds interesting, Conachers were always built really well, there is one in St James Wednesbury, but the church has recently been made redundant. I wonder if the Choir organ will be added when the organ is restored.

The intention is to put the Choir organ in.  Some pipework may be transferred from the Great and Swell to the Choir.  The instrument's virtues are quite obvious, but we do intend to make some slight changes to the stoplist.
