Hi!
I have just noticed that the Charlwood Organ Open Day is happening under the banner of Heritage Open Days, formerly administered by the Civic Trust and now English Heritage - http://www.heritageopendays.org.uk/
This umbrella event provides useful publicity locally and nationally to all worthy heritage and draws attention to its contribution to local communities. It's a great way to draw people in who might not normally venture near an organ or a church. It could provide a good opportunity to launch a fundraising awareness campaign.
Best wishes
