Even though the pipes are not quite anatomically correct, they are clearly organ pipes. Riddle me this: If the pipe organ is "culturally irrelevant" as some say, how is it that it was used in a new toy designed for 5 year old children? How did this come to be? Clearly the pipe organ is not as far from the minds of lay people as some would have us believe.
